Great Customer Service! I just brought my vacuum here to be serviced. Even though they don't service Bissell vacuums, they volunteered to take a look at mine to see if it was simply a clogged filter. Sure enough, it was. Lena cleaned all of the filters for me at no charge. Her customer service went above and beyond my expectations and I will definitely go back to this place as well as refer my friends.
Bad experience with Quality Sewing and Vacuum Ctr - Ballard Interestingly, I just had a very similar experience as the writer of the previous article titled "Little girl, BIG help." Without going into a lot of detail, I will summarize as follows: I brought two sewing machines into "Quality", hoping to get them repaired. Best Vacuum Ever I love this store but not as much as my new Miele Vacuum. I suffer from allergies and this baby literally saves my life!
Friendly Atmosphere and Good Selection! I brought in my sewing machine to see if they could show me how to thread it... and not only did they show me ohw to thread it but they gave me a Free class on how to use my machine.. and I didn't even buy it from them. They have a great selection of all the sewing supplies I needed and the prices seemed reasonable. The staff was very friendly and seemed like they were enjoying being at work. It is nice to go into to a store where people really want to help you.
Quality Sewing & Vacuum I've taken all my vacuums here. They never stay in commission long. They do a great job every time. They are pretty fast and servicing you quickly. Very easy going people and affordable.
Great place for sewing machines or get your vacuum fixed I went here last month to get my vacuum fixed. The staff was amazing and very helpful. It only took a couple days for them to fix my vacuum. The price was great. If you go on their website, they have coupons you can use. My son came with me and was impressed with their new sewing machines gadgets that he wanted one for himself. The is a great company if you are looking for a sewing machine, want to take classes or just get your vacuum fixed.
Fair and knowledgeable After kind of abusing our old vacuum cleaner after remodeling a bathroom and using it to pick up drywall and other debris that I should not have, I took it in to AAA. He explained how drywall turns to powder which is deadly for household vaccum cleaners but said he could give it his best cleaning shot although because of the abuse he couldn't guarantee it. He also heard what he thought were loose bearings which he said meant the vaccum could go whenever and when it did it would not be worth repairing. ... read more

Small Business Knows its Stuff! AAA Sewing & Vacuum in the north end of Burien (almost White Center) is a father-son business that's been around for years. They have been great at finding our church the right vacuum for our needs and negotiated a great price. After several years and a few different kinds of vacuums, we've only had two repairs which they took care of right away. Too bad I don't know how to sew or quilt, because they have tons of sewing machines, too. Maybe I should take one of their many sewing classes. These... read more
