Fair and knowledgeable After kind of abusing our old vacuum cleaner after remodeling a bathroom and using it to pick up drywall and other debris that I should not have, I took it in to AAA. He explained how drywall turns to powder which is deadly for household vaccum cleaners but said he could give it his best cleaning shot although because of the abuse he couldn't guarantee it. Great Service! This family owned and operated business is the only place that I shop for vacuums. They are honest and attentive, and they earn your repeat business. They will always carry your vacuum out to your car! They also have an incredible selection of sewing equipment!

Small Business Knows its Stuff! AAA Sewing & Vacuum in the north end of Burien (almost White Center) is a father-son business that's been around for years. They have been great at finding our church the right vacuum for our needs and negotiated a great price. After several years and a few different kinds of vacuums, we've only had two repairs which they took care of right away. Nice store! I went to Quality Sewing to buy my daughter a sewing machine for her graduation present and they were very helpful. Plus they gave her a free class on how to use it. I would reccomend to any of my firends.
Straight stitch While sewing I wasn't able to have the tension of the stitch be tight when I took it to Quality they told be right away that they would have to replace the tension magnetism. They were very helpful, friendly and the price was right.
Quality Sewing & Vacuum I've taken all my vacuums here. They never stay in commission long. They do a great job every time. They are pretty fast and servicing you quickly. Very easy going people and affordable.
Great place for sewing machines or get your vacuum fixed I went here last month to get my vacuum fixed. The staff was amazing and very helpful. It only took a couple days for them to fix my vacuum. The price was great. If you go on their website, they have coupons you can use. My son came with me and was impressed with their new sewing machines gadgets that he wanted one for himself. The is a great company if you are looking for a sewing machine, want to take classes or just get your vacuum fixed.
Little girl BIG help! I recently brought my old sewing machine into Ballard Sew and Vac to be fixed. This was my first experience with the shop other than the occasional vacuum bag purchase. The first women I spoke to told me the machine was pretty much toast and not worth looking at. But when she moved on to the next customer a younger women stepped in and asked if she could take a look at it. She looked like she couldn't be more than 18 (if that) but man did she know her stuff!
