Called about expedited sewing machine repair and was told it was $50 extra and a one week turn around. I drop it off on a Thursday and they then tell me it’s actually $75 extra. I call back next Thursday and then I’m told the expedited service is actually 1-2 weeks and that they never said it was a week. The three employees just need to get on the same page. If they told me all that up front it would have been fine but I don’t appreciate being told one thing then told I’m wrong and no one ever said that.
I love this place! They sell quality vacuums that actually last. The customer service is always the best!
It sure was nice being able to stop in and talk to people that were knowledgeable in vacuums. We were able to pick up a couple belts! We now plan on bringing in our old super good vacuum for a bearing repair!
I brought my mom's 50 year old Bernina that I inherited and it wasn't working too great. They tuned it up and now it works great!
