What great service for both vacuums and sewing machines. I love both vacuums I purchased from them and the sales team took such care in meeting my needs. I hope the repair guy lives on to keep doing the great job he does. I love that he uses parts he has verses charging full price for new parts. Thanks for everything you guys, I'm a big fan! I brought in 3 machines and was so delighted by not only their exceptional expertise but the almost forgotten feeling of small hometown service. A wonderful family owned businesses!
They were not able to fix the clicking sound coming from my Kirby, but said that they have a 90 day guarantee so i will cross my fingers that nothing bad is going on in the machine. It works just great and I’m sure they did their best it’s just a bummer that clicking is getting annoying
Called about expedited sewing machine repair and was told it was $50 extra and a one week turn around. I drop it off on a Thursday and they then tell me it’s actually $75 extra. I call back next Thursday and then I’m told the expedited service is actually 1-2 weeks and that they never said it was a week. The three employees just need to get on the same page. If they told me all that up front it would have been fine but I don’t appreciate being told one thing then told I’m wrong and no one ever said that.
