I had an excellent experience with AAA Medex in Bullhead City today, Friday, September 11th! Our driver, Jason, driving vehicle R14, was outstanding. He actually showed up early at 8:27 AM for our scheduled 8:35 AM ride, and was incredibly friendly and polite throughout the entire trip. We felt so comfortable with his service that we even specifically requested him to come back and handle our 10:50 AM will-call pickup. Thank you, Jason, for the fantastic care and professional service!
Did not show up never came, called me 10 minutes late said they will send a lyft to pick me, I told them they were already late by 10 minutes and now I would be late for my medical procedure. they said they will get me there on time waited and waited the lyft driver text he was here I was waiting outside he was not here, I have no clue where he was.
