Awful service! They confirmed the amount in writing and the day before they tell me they charge me extra for steps. When I explained this was not advised to me the person on the phone started speaking over me and I had to tell her to call down. Worst customer service ever! I told her to calm down and she ended the call. I will be making a formal complaint with ACCC.
Truck 55 Rawad & Sam were so great. Very careful. Everything well packed. Moving from Wollongong to Sydney was a breeze. Very respectful and nice guys. Thanks heaps.

This company is the worse company I have ever seen. Absolutely disgusting service. DO NOT hire them. No customer service whatsoever. And just read the reviews and you will understand how disgraceful they are.
