Dennis is excellent for parts for a Minnesota Fats Pool Table. I had purchased an older Minnesota fats Pool Table and two of the metal corners were missing. Dennis was able to match the corners and they matched and fit just like the original two I had. I highly recommend Dennis for his profession and timely service. Pleasure to find a store with an "I want to help you attitude!"
Dennis and his staff have assembled, disassembled (for a renovation) and reassembled our antique billiards table. They were not phased by the challenges of an antique table. They have been prompt and professional every time. Dennis was also a very helpful consultant to me when we were preparing to move the table to Chicago and subsequently provided very helpful input regarding selection of flooring for underneath the table.
Really disappointing. Nice enough guy, but scheduled a service call with me; I took the morning off of work, and when they were 1/2 hour late, I called to check on status. Dennis apologized and told me he could re-schedule to another day. Totally messed up my schedule. I'll have to find someone else.
