Was supposed to do an extension that was never submitted and have been trying to call them for months with no answer. No Im stuck with fines that could have been avoided.
Made a mistake on our taxes and wants more money to file an amended return due to the $2000.00 mistake she made. Unprofessional! NOT RECOMMENDED! Y'all better check your taxes I would have not know any better had I not attempted to do them myself first. Also will NEVER answer the phone!
