I really am not sure what the priorities or goals of this business are... We started with a pleasant cleaning experience but received a no-show, TWICE, with absolutely no communication and horrible follow-up once I reached anyone. Mistakes happen, but it was *repeatedly* extremely inconvenient and difficult. There is an extreme lack of organization, care and professionalism here, and I genuinely had a frustrating experience. Hope they can figure it out!
Cannot say enough positive things about this company. Extremely professional, friendly, and thorough. The rates are very reasonable, and Chantel went above and beyond with her service. I will absolutely be booking service with AAA in the future and plan to recommend to all of my friends.
I cannot express my satisfaction enough. The absolute best! Chantel is amazing.
