If I could leave zero stars I would. The company's cars are filthy, it's disgusting. They have incompetent drivers. Always late or never even show up. I try to specifically ask for MedRide and if I'm given AAA, I won't go in their vehicle if they show up. I'll reschedule my appointments or stop going to the doctor altogether. They should be removed as a medical cab vendor.
I’ve had nothing but great transport for my father. They are on time, professional, and courteous.
Unfortunately I have to use this company everyday through insurance, and every single day they are late, don’t assign drivers unless I call repeatedly, and are not nice people overall. I’m late every single day to my appointments, and wait three hours everyday to be picked up. Absolutely terrible service and experience.
Great experience with the drivers but most of the wheelchair accessible vans they use don’t have card readers even though they say they do other than that great experience not as expensive as I would’ve thought
