I had a horrible driver! Driving on the freeway he was going 22 MPH over the posted speed limit. When dropping me off at home he suggested I round up my fare of $52 to $70 what an idiot I was very nervous the entire ride.... DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
The worst, most incompetent company I’ve ever came across. They have a whole bunch of narcissistic people who work for the company. They make a mistake and instantly try to make you responsible for their error and catch attitudes with you like you are the one behind the computer - pure insanity
On April 2, 2023 this company brought my mother home from the hospital and in doing so they damaged my front door when the hospital bed hit the side of it and made a big gouge. I’ve been talking to a gentleman name Larry to try to get this taken care of, and he keeps blowing me off. I’ve also tried to reach Helem And she has also blown me off. Today I have a check in for 8:50am it is Now 8:45am my appointment is 30mins away minimum! The dispatcher should be Fired immediately. The medical transport should be under investigation. They don't make sure the Patients are at their appointments on time. This unacceptable. All they do is make excuses for the tardiness. They don't even call to say they Are gonna be I'm late
Trying to my meds delivered at 2-5p and they're backlogged.? Nah they lazy & the drivers are always horrible.
