I can't begin to explain how awful my experience with these movers were. The good reviews are fake! Just click each of the good profiles and they have had 3 moves within a month (so clearly fake).They initially said it would be $2500 for all my stuff, then by the end of it is was $4400. Once they took my stuff, they were flaky on the delivery date saying "even though your contract says 1-10 business days, we have up to 21 before we have to pay you anything." This so called company is the biggest bunch of crooks EVER! Never have I been scammed and treated so horribly!! Got a price for KC to San Antonio TX, the price doubled on the day of closing in KC and they knew they had me over a barrel!!! The salesman/liar couldn't be bothered to come and give me an accurate bid, assuring me that the detailed photos were enough! My bad, I suppose, as they basically held me and my belongings hostage!!! Carson Dent and Lucille Dell are the same person. collectively wrote 5 reviews all for moving companies all 3-4 hours ago. Sounds like somebody is maliciously trying to defame this company. He wrote a bad review on our company as well under "Carson Dent" and we have never had a client by that name. Also, if ANY move was "9 weeks late," the DOT would of stepped in and intervened. I don’t usually leave reviews. It has to be either so good or so bad for me to spend time to leave a review. I had them moved for me in March. Before I paid them, they were very responsive. After I paid them, I had to leave voice mail or wait until next day to speak with someone. Their mover stole my cash from my opened purse (it was around $30 to $40). I spoke with one of the operation mover guy, they knew i wouldn’t lie about this little money that was missing and he said that was his first day working with the “ Thief“. T... read more
