Terrible company!! Honestly don’t know how they are still in business, lost my shipment after 3 weeks of telling me it will be delivered had to get a refund and re order and the same thing happened, I was told for 2 weeks straight every day it will be delivered after having to re order, never got it and had to order from Lowe’s instead of home depot
Believe all of the bad reviews talking about them holding your freight for no reason at all. In my years of experience I've never experienced such an inept transportation company. I have a shipment going from Nashville, TN to St. Louis, MO picked up on April 1st. It's the 15th and I've been told multiple times that my freight would deliver today and it never does. This has to be the worst trucking company around, never meet there delivery dates, tracking a shipment is a joke, trying to call is a joke. I will never have anything shipped from this place again.
I don’t understand how this place is so bad every time my supplier ships with them they hold the package for three or four days. Every other company does same-day delivery with not paying any extra. This place is garbage.
