One of the worst LTL carriers. Always missing pick ups. Cant give proper updates. Call to get an update, and sit on hold for 30 minutes only for someone to hang up on when you finally get through. 3rd shipment in a row they have missed pick up. No apology, or even an excuse. Will never use again
They lose your load and don't tell you. They just keep moving your delivery date to the day after they don't deliver it. Also, good luck talking to someone. You have to try calling for 20 minutes straight for someone to get so annoyed of the ringing they finally pick up.
I would have left zero stars if they let me. my package sat for a week at the hub and nobody contacted me about delivering, i finally called and scheduled the delivery. It did not show up on the day it was supposed to, no call no email nothing. i called the next day and the dispatcher was rude and didn't care that i took a day off work to receive the package. all they said it would be delivered today no time frame no apologies no care at all. if you have a choice dont use them
Horrible service and even worse customer service, if that's even possible. Had an important shipment coming from Texas. It was in St Louis the next day - about 5 miles from our shop. However we didn't get it. They accidentally put it on a truck that went back to Dallas. Then figured out their mistake and gave us a new delivery date. It came and went with no delivery again. Awful. They will call and schedule delivery only to never show up. No call to reschedule.
