Ltl carrier for freight
I would give a "0" if I could, but my guess is that that don't care about these reviews. AAA Cooper was the contracted carrier for a freight delivery for a Home Depot order. I contacted their dispatcher to verify they had my contact information for the delivery and they said they did. They subsequently rescheduled the delivery date multiple times over several days and finally updated it to the 21st of April. If i could leave 0 stars... I would. This is the lousiest shipping company playing a massive game of pass the buck, and what excuses i can make to get a customer off the phone. I was told 5 different answers to the same question. WHERE THE HECK IS MY PACKAGE. they don't know. Home Depot needs to stop using this company and their "rescue" affiliates. HORRIBLE experience.
