My order showed delivered 5 days before I actually saw it. When I called in to figure out where my order was I was unable to actually get anyone on the phone. When my order finally showed up they unceremoniously left it on my front lawn and left
This has been the worst experience with a freight service I have ever had. They don’t pick up the phone. They don’t tell you if there has been a change in schedule. My shipment has been sitting in austin for a week and I’m in Bastrop… 20 minutes away. It’s ridiculously unprofessional. Don’t Use!!!
I see why this Company has 1 start review ! They’re HORRIBLE. They’re a mess! A bunch of idiots who give you the run around on why they cancel pick ups and can’t manage to pick up or drop off on time .. do not hire this company ! I’ve had multiple issues every time I’ve hired them ! Do not recommend! Save yourself the head ache !
They (may) be cheap compare to other carriers because that's what their services are. -first notification says the window is between 11am-1pm -called them to request that they call me 30' before arrival so someone can be at the address for the delivery and make sure it's not damaged/stolen. -got an update notification with a new delivery window of 4pm-6pm. -shipment then got delivered at 1:30pm -never a call or text prior to delivery as requested and promised. -shipments were placed on the street by the curb like they're out... read more
