AAA Cooper has missed 4 pick-ups in a row. I booked and prepaid through Uber Freight. I called the terminal to verify they had our details correct. They confirmed our address is correct, but apparently the driver is telling dispatch that we are closed – in reality, he just never shows up. I have been at the office until 6 pm every night waiting, and dispatch assures me the driver will show up each day. No one shows up. Now dispatch is ignoring my calls.

I ordered a door from Home Depot and AAA Cooper was the assigned delivery company. I called AAA to change the delivery address but also told them if that was an issue, they could deliver it to the original address and I would pay them or someone else to deliver it to the correct one. Instead, AAA delivered it to a completely different address and I only found out because my phone number was on the packaging slip. It’s shocking how bad this company is. Delivery driver left two immovable pallets in the middle of my driveway, making my garage inaccessible and blocking a gravel delivery I had scheduled today. Didn’t attempt to call even though my phone number is on the order. When I call their Austin office they never answer the phone (experienced this three times with them via Home Depot orders). ⭐ 1 Star — If I Could Give Negative Stars, I Would! Absolutely terrible delivery service! Extremely unprofessional, irresponsible, and completely unacceptable. The lack of accountability, communication, and basic customer service is absolutely unacceptable. This experience has wasted my time, caused unnecessary stress, and seriously delayed my business preparations. If Google allowed negative stars, I would give this company a negative rating without hesitation. I would NEVER recommend this delivery company to anyone!

I shipped multiple pallets through the same local terminal in South Carolina and experienced theft on three occasions. The claims were denied even though we had photos and video of the original load with items that were never received. Be VERY careful using this company.
