I had two deliveries from AAA Cooper - one back in Sept and one this week. Not by choice,as they were delivering as a third party for Lowe's. Neither was a good experience. I'm the first delivery the driver tried to extort more money from me, saying it was my fault his truck couldn't fit in our cul de sac. For the 2nd delivery, they just left iver $1,000 worth of materials outside an unoccupied residence. No call to schedule a delivery, no notice that it was delivered. So I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Scheduled our first freight pickup for Monday. No pickup. Hold for 13 minutes listening to their self proclaimed amazing service and was informed no good reason for the no show but a promise is made to pickup next day. No pickup. Hold 14 minutes and no good reason again other than no driver available but maybe tomorrow? Now I get to miss Thanksgiving to drive this pallet to Houston myself. Awesome. I’d like the service they speak of on their hold line.

Absolutely horrible. This company was supposed to be delivering a door that I bought from Home Depot. I was assured the door would arrive today, as scheduled, as I have the install scheduled for Monday. AAA Cooper called me today with a delivery window of 11am to 4pm. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. THEY NEVER CALLED THEY NEVER TEXTED. I had to call them and was told that, even though I was called and given a delivery window, that the item never made it on the trailer. Ordered a new outboard from Northeast Marine in Clearwater Florida. Delivery was to central Texas via AAA Cooper. Delivery was completed in five days and outboard arrived strapped to a pallet with no damage. Driver was friendly and courteous. Could not ask for better service.
