Cheap because they are trash. Cancel shipments with no notice or explanation. Rude customer service. Worth paying a little more money to go with a better company.
My order showed delivered 5 days before I actually saw it. When I called in to figure out where my order was I was unable to actually get anyone on the phone. When my order finally showed up they unceremoniously left it on my front lawn and left
This has been the worst experience with a freight service I have ever had. They don’t pick up the phone. They don’t tell you if there has been a change in schedule. My shipment has been sitting in austin for a week and I’m in Bastrop… 20 minutes away. It’s ridiculously unprofessional. Don’t Use!!!
