Horrible customer service. They don't answer the phone. Freight has been sitting in the warehouse for 5 days, and I can't get a hold of anyone.
- will not set up appointment date/time even if you take the initiative to call them. - will not update over the call but instead show attitude. - will not even deliver within their own 6 hour randomly assigned window. - real time tracking feature on their own website is misleading and broken. - on call they (dispatch) will not even acknowledge the very existence of their own website's real time tracking feature and it's delivery timelines. - damage the item during transit. This shipping company is the absolute worst. We were told our freight would arrive 3 days ago. We are still waiting with no response from the driver nor the freight company.
1 star is generous. Working with AAA has been a horror movie.
