They're supposed to deliver my items this week. I can't get in touch with them. Very frustrating. They called ONCE and never called me again, and they don't take messages and keep unusually short hours.

They never answer the phone. My shipment has been at the local hub for 9 days. No one answers the phone to tell me what is happening with it.
The phone number to this local facility rings until it hangs up. Customer care live chat is in a loading loop and never opens. I was on hold with customer service and the call dropped. I am back in the que waiting. This is all after the pickup was cancelled with no notification. I got them to reschedule and then pickup was delayed a day. now the status shows "Driver arrived" no one ever came. I ship freight on a weekly basis. Some are good, some are bad and AAA Cooper is in a class of terrible all its own.
Continued to push pickup date, when asked on the third day "How confident are you that this will actually get picked up today?" they said "The issue is we don't have trucks with lift gates in that area." Essentially willing to continue pushing until you cancel. Save your time and go with Estes, R&L or XPO
