This company is so unprofessional! I had an urgent delivery to make so we contracted them and they were supposed to call me 30 minutes before pickup. They never called ahead of time. They called me and asked if I was at the pickup and I informed them that I was 5 minutes away and they wouldn’t wait for me. No apologies or professionalism from them at all with their mishap. Wouldn’t consider working with them again!
Be careful using this company, their pick ups and drop offs are often delayed with zero communication from the company or the drivers. They re-pack items after damaging them then add another charge for being over the specifications. Deny a claim with inadequate investigation into the details. Very unhappy and will never ever use this company again.
Delayed customer delivery SIX times with no explanation. Cannot get anyone on their customer service phone lines. Don't use them!!!!
