What a joke. This terminal is more than 2 weeks behind so they hold your valuable freight in a warehouse until they can get around to delivering it. Why are they quoting 6 day transport when it takes 3 weeks? I called today 7/31/25 to see about a delivery that was already 2 days late (picked up on 7/22, 9 days ago). She said they still have freight from the middle of July that hasn't been delivered and I would have to wait. It would be a week or two before I could expect it. Absolutely the worst delivery service I've experienced! Can't believe Home Depot using these horrible people. They dropped an expensive large item off at the end of my driveway instead of dropping it off at my carport... like every other delivery service does daily. Since I can not see the end of my driveway from my house, as I live on 120+acre farm, so I had no idea it had been dumped there. Horrible service. The level of indiffernece is what strikes me the most. Total lack of interest, concern, or sympathy. The pallet was supposed to be delivered in 2 business days. It was delivered on the 11th business day. I will never use them again. Utter incompetence at the New Orleans terminal. Supervisor Kiki was absolutely useless.

Horrible!! Horrible!! Both times! Do not us this company. I ordered a vanity from homr depot I did not receive any communication about what time they were coming, got home from an appt and there was this huge pallet sitting weighs over 400 lbs placed smack dab in front of the handicapped ramp blocking it completely, my husband couldn't get in the house. Scheduled a pickup with this terminal. Called every day for 2 weeks for an update. Freight was never picked up and was given no valid excuse as to why. Booked with South Eastern Freight Lines and load was picked up same day with zero issues!
