They are the worst. Incoming Deliveries would sit in their warehouses for days and sometimes weeks. You have to constantly call and nag them to deliver your inventory .

This company has consistently failed to deliver our orders on time. We have been dealing with this issue for a long time and have attempted to mitigate it by planning our shipments 3–4 weeks out. Despite these efforts, they continue to operate without any sense of urgency, requiring constant follow-up calls just to get our pallets delivered. We truly wish our corporate headquarters would select a more reliable shipping partner so we could eliminate this constant stress and ensure our operations flow smoothly.

So we ordered a compressor through Home Depot for my work and that was October 9,2025 it was supposed to be delivered October 14,2025 here it is October 24,2025 and it’s still “at the terminal” in New Orleans I called yesterday and they said it was on the truck it be here by 5pm I waited until 5:06pm and called for them to call the driver and get told he had to drop a pallet off that was in front of ours in order to come to us. Now mind you they haven’t called at all nor have they updated tracking it only says general delay.... read more
