I absolutely do not recommend this company. I paid them to process my tax return, however they failed to actually file it which caused a significant amount of penalties to be tacked on by the time I realized it. Company won't do anything to make it right besides "suggesting I contact the IRS", even though they admitted the reason it wasn't initially filed was due to their own error.
These guys are great. My contact is Diana and she is a wonderful sweetheart. Never met her. But she is super responsive and pleasant. I highly recommend AAA - on the strength Diana's faithful work for my company.
