Went to the branch today to make a deposit and I was told they don't expect cash. Then they directed me to an allpoint ATM. They didn't work. I called customer service and I was told to get a money order then deposit it. I have never heard of a bank not expecting cash. They have made it extremely difficult to do business with them.
