No problem hassle free they explain time of service that the deposit is on hold for 1 day that's to make sure no tickets red light or car is damaged if no problem then day after vehicle is turned in they reimburse the deposit or some if I'm not mistaken but either way they are good I will go to them anytime I planned on next month for my granddaughter gymnastics tournament

The owner rented to me before and took my deposit last time because you can’t go over 63 mph but honestly he was looking for a reason to not give it back before. He was like the hood was open when it wasn’t. Then I actually gave him another try and he was rude when I walked in. He said they don’t offer insurance for the cars but done it before then he said I must work part time cause my paycheck so small insulting me and my hard work. Would not recommend

If you are stuck with nothing left in the world. Don’t rent from here. The cars are not up to standard and you will not get your deposit back. He will try to find any excuse to not give you your deposit. From my personal experience I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy. The car was about to break down and you had to really apply pressure to keep up on the highway. I prayed the entire way because it felt like we were about to be on the floor. This place is ridiculous. I called all week about a car and then was told they would hold a car for me. Just for me to spend $50 on a Uber from my home in autuaga county just so they can tell me they have no cars when I get there leaving me to have to pay $60 to go back home……..it would’ve been better if they would have called me let me know that the car they were holding for me was extended in its current rental….
