Staff is flexible and able to accommodate all your tax needs
Terrible customer service. We’ve been trying to get hold of someone for three days in a row and they have have only the answering machine working. They don’t return the calls, don’t waste your time leaving a voicemail. No website, no email addresses to get a hold of someone. I’m glad I haven’t use their services at all because if they have such a poor basic customer service I cannot imagine how bad their tax filing services could be.
Anne does an amazing job at taking care of us and getting us the reports and information we need to keep our business successful. Steven is also a great asset to this company and he has been great in being there to help out when Anne is out of the office. The guy knows his stuff! Nothing but amazing things to say about this team and will 100% continue business with them.
AA Tax has been doing my taxes since 2014, and they've always done a great job. I haven't had any issues with my returns. I went in this past Friday to sign my tax returns. Ann was busy with another client so I had the pleasure of visiting with Steven who works in the front office. He was delightful! He was friendly and personable and I wasn't bothered at all that I had to wait a bit to sign my taxes. I felt like I had made a new friend by the time I left.
