Anne is the WORST of the WORST. She refused to file my taxes (or forgot) and now the IRS says "they were NEVER filed" thus leaving my waiting years for my $11,000+ tax return. She refuses to answer my calls and letters. I'll be having to take her to court.
Staff is flexible and able to accommodate all your tax needs
Terrible customer service. We’ve been trying to get hold of someone for three days in a row and they have have only the answering machine working. They don’t return the calls, don’t waste your time leaving a voicemail. No website, no email addresses to get a hold of someone. I’m glad I haven’t use their services at all because if they have such a poor basic customer service I cannot imagine how bad their tax filing services could be.
Anne does an amazing job at taking care of us and getting us the reports and information we need to keep our business successful. Steven is also a great asset to this company and he has been great in being there to help out when Anne is out of the office. The guy knows his stuff! Nothing but amazing things to say about this team and will 100% continue business with them.
