I also chose this service because of the high reviews. Heads up to anyone looking, it would be wise to completely dismiss any reviews above 1 star. I was supposed to be picked up at 1:30 for my 2:30 appointment. At 1:40 I called and they said the driver would be there in 5 minutes. I’ve called several times since. I chose this NEMT provider based on positive reviews, but my experience was very disappointing. On my first trip, the initial pickup was on time, but no one came to pick me up afterward. The same thing happened the next day, and the vehicle also smelled strongly of cigarettes. Each time I called, I was given changing and inaccurate ETAs. MedAnswering assigned this company for transportation for a surgery consult for my daughter. I had to call them due to not having any information regarding a driver at assigned pick up time. Driver arrived 28 minutes late. Arrived 20 minutes late to appointment and was not given an apology which is the bare minimum. Thankfully my daughter was able to still be seen but if they couldn’t have extended the grace period not only would we have missed the appointment but also missed a day from school for nothing. Happy I found this company to provide my transportation. The customer service is great. I was picked up on time and was able to be picked up early from my appointment. Thank you for the amazing service, will continue to use for future appointments
