John Parra received a Cease & Desist from the California State Bar for unauthorized practice of law. Continues to Give Legal Advice Without License: He instructed me on eviction strategy, told me how to respond to tenant notices, cited case law, and warned I could waive my rights if I didn't follow his guidance -- even though he is not an attorney. I want to post a review of John's services - he has worked for me several times already and is doing a consistently amazing job, he is always available, gives feedback on the paperwork and delivers on the serving just as expected. It makes a stressful part of a process much easier to be able to count on him.
All I can say is — I got lucky! I was super nervous about filing a small claims case against a contractor and had no idea how I was going to serve him.
