This is the worse transportation company that African woman is rude rude rude rude she was hollering & screaming on the phone they don’t send out txt or call to let you know they gonna pick u up they’re never accurate of what time pick up or drop off if it’s was a 0 star I would of gave them that if anyone has countycare insurance tell them you don’t want this company
Very unprofessional, doesn't keep up with pickup time or drop-off schedule. Rude rude rude I didn't want to give 1 star she deserves 0 and she should be dropped and shut down

This is the WORST transportation service I have ever encountered. The lady with the Nigerian accent that claims to be the owner is ABSOLUTLEY rude and does not accept her responsibility on error that AA Medical makes or has made. She is extremely rude and disrespectful. I don't see this business lasting long with this level of behavior. SHAME ON YOU!!!
