We stopped here while on the GDMBR for a very noisy drive train and a few other minor issues. Upon arrival, without hesitation, Travis greeted us and dropped what he was doing to solve my issues. He was kind, polite and super knowledgeable. He immediately put my bike on the rack and began trying to problem solve. A few minor adjustments and some chain lube later, the sound was gone. Incredible customer service from the moment I walked in the door. The shop had a warm and welcoming vibe. I stopped in to get a spoke repaired and ask about some local alpine rides, and they didn’t just point me to a map, they gave me the inside scoop on the trails I was curious about. Lynn even invited me to their weekly group ride, which says a lot about the kind of community they’ve built. Great humans, great shop, and a place I’ll definitely be back to.
We were in town for a weekend and needed some last minute repairs to my bike: flat repair, changed out a tire to make it tubeless, added air to my dropper post, and bled the brakes. The staff was so friendly, gave great advice, and helped me get my bike up and running very quickly - faster than they originally estimated. They were very communicative and we highly recommend them. We’re just sad we don’t live closer so we can make them our primary shop.
Nice new shop in c falls. I was a customer for a couple years when they were just south of whitefish and no part of the experience has changed. Great as always.
Amazing service and quick times. Reasonable prices. Fixed my bmx up 3 or 4 times now
