I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at your shop. This was my very first time visiting, and the lady in the front was so rude service was shockingly rude and unprofessional. On top of that, my dress was damaged while in your care. This is completely unacceptable. I trusted your shop with my item, and instead I was met with disrespectful behavior and a ruined dress. Visit them at your own risk

Extremely rude. I brought in three shirts and explained what I needed. Lady at front desk refused and said she needed a example. I offered to show her the shirt I had on and she said no it was dirty. I had a hoodie on over it. She never even saw it. I just put the shirt on 10 min before. It was really a simple task and all she he had to do was draw the lines on the current shirt I was wearing to cut. I had about 7 more ineas going to bring. Will not come back again! I have a bodybuilder build it wasn’t difficult at all.

100% recommend for anything needing alterations, especially formal. I had an old pageant dress worth $800+ new needed fitted that was beaded, mermaid style and somewhat complicated. The team at A3 made a PERFECT fit that gained compliments all night long at the Margarita Ball. Don’t second guess, they won’t do you wrong here! This was an old dress from when I was more muscular/thicker and fitted perfectly to my current thinner frame. 0 complaints and will definitely bring them more old clothes I need fitted to current me!
