Horrifically unreliable! Drivers lied about showing up when we have cameras all around our place that prove the driver never showed up. Another time they showed up over an hour late. They do not answer the phone when you attempt to reach them to pick your disabled loved one up. They show up some days and do no call, no show on other days. They attempt to bill for more days than they actually provide service. They were only reliable 30% of the time, and even then they are not on time. This company left me hi and dry the morning of because their dispatch wrote in the wrong pick up type. They confirmed that the guy indeed told me that I would for sure have the type of service that was needed. The day of the guy said it was their bad and that the guy was new and that couldn't assist. They didn't show to my apartment and canceled after I asked them to still come and I would see what could be done as it takes longer than they thought to get me rebooked.
