If I could give a rating below zero, I would. The service I received was extremely poor and unprofessional. Due to a mistake in how my fingerprint submission was handled, my application was delayed by over four months. The RCMP confirmed that the error originated from this office. However, when I contacted them, the representative not only denied any responsibility but also responded in an erratic and unhelpful manner.
