I have been working with A2Z, (specifically Niko) for some years now for my mother who is severely disabled after multiple strokes. Niko has provided so much help in enabling home modifications and many other forms of assistive technology that have helped my mother greatly. I am very grateful for the care, diligence and the attention to detail she continues to provide. We completed a fantastic home modifications project for a2z. A complex bathroom modification which required a high level of detail and OT input to create a more accessible space for the client. Niko was wonderful from the first meting to design the space, through to the pre-commencement meeting and throughout the project till the handover. Nothing was a problem and any unforeseen questions and iterations were managed so quickly and efficiently, resulting in a seamless project. The service is great! My son’s occupational therapist Zoe is amazing. She always made sure to talk to us after each session, explaining what they have done on that day.
