Thanks to Irving and Isaac our moving was very easy and super fast! Those guys are extremely nice and handle with care all of our items. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to move his house!
While I personally liked the moving crew, I was disappointed with the company. 1. They were 4-ish hours late, with zero communication. Trucks break down, but not texting the customer to adjust expectations was a choice. 2. They broke a few items. While I wasn't surprised because things happen, I was told I would get a refund of some portion to cover the loss. No such refund has been issued. 3. I love A2B Moving & Storage! I used them a few times and they were excellent each time! They are personable, efficient, & really know what they're doing. They're great for small medium and large moves local and interstate. I would use them again and highly recommend them!! Love love love love love!!
A to B did an excellent job all around on our move! We had an unfortunate water damage incident that required us to move almost all our belongings out/into storage for repairs. A to B was fast to respond and very helpful during conversations with insurance. Once we got all the insurance payments - we were able to schedule our move really quickly and got great, transparent estimates (and they were able to do the storage for us so we didn’t have to separately get a storage unit).
