I've used A2B twice and the first move was great and no issues. The second move this past July was horrible. The movers were late and inexperienced, to say the least. They didn't know how to properly move a couch up and down stairs. They damaged numerous walls with gouges and dented a corner bead in about an inch. They scratched numerous spots on the hardwood floors and steps. When I pointed this out to them, their response was... call dispatch and file a damage complaint. This was a great company to work with. They cleaned out two storage units for me and moved them to my home. Great prices, very friendly and punctual. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Despite getting the call same day, within a few hours they came and helped unload even after just leaving another job up 4 flights of stairs. They were absolutely amazing, helpful, kind, and caring about the items.
