I would give them a rating of 0. First of all, most of these reviews are paid. These people are hard to reach and basically unavailable. They offer dedicated loads, but you can’t establish contact with them. Disrespectful and arrogant
Be aware that Drake Ivanov may not pay detention for long waits. I had a 16 hour wait and was not compensated. The broker's policies and procedures seem to favor their interests over those of the drivers. I would advise people to think carefully before working with this broker.
