I can’t recommend these guys enough. I rented with them for three months after an accident. The cars were great and the service exceptional. Insurance company tried to book with one of the bigger rental companies but I stayed with A2B because they were so helpful. Cracked the windscreen 3 days later, no bill, no drama. Will always use these guys in the future.

The manger of this Mascot branch is rude as hell. She doesn’t know how to speak with customers. They left me on hold for 2 days when I already booked/ requested a car and upon calling them, they said they have cars available and actually book online. So I did, after 2 days they sent me an email, not even a call saying my booking/ request has been declined, upon calling them from 7 am. I finally reached out at 8:10 am and the manager said in very rude tone that they cancelled the request/ booking cause they don’t have any car... read more
