I had a disappointing experience with this car hire service. Initially, I booked a 12-seater( a mini bus), and despite confirming over the phone that the pictured vehicle was indeed a 12-seater after receiving a mail, upon pickup, it turned out to be a delivery van. This discrepancy led to the cancellation of our trip, causing frustration and inconvenience. It's essential for future customers to be aware of this misleading information.
