An ad appeared on Facebook for a tax professional, as I had been searching for a new company to do business with. From the first initial contact and throughout the preparation professional I was treated very well! I recommend A28, for all your tax preparation needs!
My last preparer didn't seem to be up to date with all the latest tax information I was seeing on the news and unfortunately it made me nervous enough to switch. I was referred to A28 and they were so thorough. It's so much stuff I never knew. Not only did they go over everything and explain all the 2022 credit updates but they were professional and fast. A28 assisted in preparing my 2020 tax returns and missed my stock investment 2020 1099-B tax documents (I included it with all my documents to file). After my current tax preparer noticed I approached A28 Tax Consulting on the mistake. After poor customer service and insults I was promise a refund for the $325 I paid. We agreed to a Zelle payment for the refund. A28 Tax Consulting then sent my refund via bank which we didn't agree upon. I came to A28 Tax Consulting because I was behind in my yearly tax filings and was worried that I owed for past years. Not only did they handle the process of getting my old W2s and other tax documents, but in the end they were also able to get me over $3,000 in unclaimed tax money. I definitely will be contacting them for future taxes, as well as any other business ventures.
