We have had our taxes done by A1A tax for the past 6 years. Our issue arose when They had an accident that affected their computer and apparently, past tax records. Unbeknownst to us, we show up to have our taxes done that included and needed information from the previous tax year to be correct. Our taxes were not filed correctly due to the lack of information and now the IRS is pursuing us for money that we do not owe them.
