Horrible customer service. I bought a brand new vaporesso last week, worked fine until I swapped out the pod with a brand new one out of an unopened box I literally bought from here only days ago. Everything worked just fine for almost a day, then stopped firing. Put the pod in my old device, fires just fine briefly and then started to intermittently fire every few attempts.
