Good selection. Prices are compatible. Staff was friendly. However, I told them strictly No menthol, and thats what they sold me. I couldnt return it either. Which I took their suggestion on count of it wasnt menthol. So, yes I think i should of gotten to atleast exchange their suggestion. I lost money at my 1st visit and to me thats very uncool. Being my 1st visit I should of gotten a discount. Next time, Ill go by my own judgement. I will continue to shop here. I wont hold 1 woops against them. I will 2 though!

Horrible customer service. I bought a brand new vaporesso last week, worked fine until I swapped out the pod with a brand new one out of an unopened box I literally bought from here only days ago. Everything worked just fine for almost a day, then stopped firing. Put the pod in my old device, fires just fine briefly and then started to intermittently fire every few attempts. I then popped the remaining pods out of packaging and tried them. 2 flat out don't work at all, 2 both do the same thing. The brand new device no longer... read more
Absolutely amazing and John was extremely helpful and is ordering the juices I need and device so I can keep going there. That’s how a shop should be!!
