Great company. I had to cancel my reservation more than the company policy of 24 hrs prior to pick up which they will need to take out my reservation fee Upon calling them and explaining that i had a death in the family and needed all my resources to be able to go to new jersey for the funeral they were kind enough to to return the whole amount, it's seldom now a days to actually talk to real people and reason with them and actually understand what your going through. A1 Rental Vans takes excellent care of their customers. Rented a van to take a dozen 6th and 7th graders to a soccer tournament in Saint Louis. We had a 15 passenger Ford Transit van reserved and a previous customer had damaged it making it unavailable. Since they did not have another one, Thomas gave us an upgrade to a longer tall roof Sprinter van. The ride was comfortable and held all our gear, and the girls had a fantastic trip that they will remember for a lifetime. Would definitely rent here again!
We rented a Mercedes Sprinter van for a fall trip with 10 people, and it was absolutely perfect! The van was spacious, clean, and felt brand new — plenty of room for everyone and our luggage. It even came with an Xbox, which made the long drive super fun! The whole rental process was smooth and professional, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The van drove very comfortably and handled great on the highway. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent from this company again for our next group trip!
