A1 is hands down a company I would recommend for someone for their transportation needs. They were responsive and accommodating and the vans were clean and in good condition. I will definitely use them again in the future for transporting larger groups of people.
A1 Rentals puts policy over people. My MOTHER passed away and her funeral is in Texas about 2 and 1/2 weeks from now. I booked a rental and paid the deposit on Friday. Some people who said they would be traveling canceled so I called to cancel my reservation on Sunday morning. They canceled my reservation but KEPT my deposit. I know they have a cancelation policy that says no refunds after 24 hours but I figured they would make an exception for me given the circumstances. NOPE!!! The representative was quite rude.
