If you are in need of help dealing with an insurance claim, A1 Public Adjustment, Inc is the company to call!! I recently reached out to them to help my parents with a homeowners claim. Not only did Brian respond to my call immediately, he was at my parent’s house to assess the damage that day and got the ball rolling for the claim right away. I highly recommend Brian for his professionalism and ethics. He initially discuss the scenario and came over on short notice to see it physically with in a day. After seeing the situation he recommended not to hire him rather directly work with insurance. Like, who in this time of day give up their business and guide customer the advice properly. Both ken and brian were very helpful in such a stressful time dealing with house repairs and insurance issues. They dealt with an insurance company who gave them a very difficult time for months and they consistently were ontop of them trying to help me get the insurance money I needed. We would highly recommend A1 public adjusters. We recently had a leak in our home and Ken come out and assessed the damage and called our insurance company on our behalf. Within a week or two we had a check and the claim was covered and everything ran smoothly. We are very pleased.
