Both ken and brian were very helpful in such a stressful time dealing with house repairs and insurance issues. They dealt with an insurance company who gave them a very difficult time for months and they consistently were ontop of them trying to help me get the insurance money I needed. We would highly recommend A1 public adjusters. We recently had a leak in our home and Ken come out and assessed the damage and called our insurance company on our behalf. Within a week or two we had a check and the claim was covered and everything ran smoothly. We are very pleased. I had a frozen pipe this winter that decided to break in the middle of the night. My neighbor suggested that I call A1 Public Adjustment and I am very happy that I did. They made dealing with the insurance company and their adjuster so much easier because they handled everything for me. So if you need one call this company you will never regret the decision.

Brian & Ken are top notch!! Brian handled my claim issues with composure, grit, and fortitude. They are both so knowledgeable and really know how to get the job done. Constant communication while being straight forward and pushing to the end for each and every single one of their clients. Will use them for any insurance claims in the future and you should too!
