A1 Passport & Visa services and Ravi are excellent in every way! Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, great communication, fast and super accommodating! They got me in very quickly and helped renew my passport and passport card when I realized I had inadvertently let it expire. The process was super easy and Ravi takes care of everything, professionally, efficiently and painlessly and my new passport arrived quickly. Ravi, our angel! Thank you for getting me my passport so quickly and saving our Thai vacation. Ravi was available on a SATURDAY (at a premium but you get what you pay for, right?) I had my passport in hand by 1pm on Tuesday after it was rushed on Monday and was able to fly out at 5 pm that evening. My husband and I are both very grateful.
Ravi at A1 took my application on a Thursday evening around 8:30 PM and I got my passport on Monday at 1 PM allowing me to take a flight out that evening. Ravi's highly professional approach to this delicate task is imbued with meticulous attention to detail, ensured a successful and efficient processing of my emergency passport renewal. He takes passport photo himself exacting the specifications. His calm and confident approach to my application also reduced my angst and stress of the moment. A true 5 star + service!!!
Like many other who have left a positive review. I also typically do not leave reviews. However, Ravi and his team were absolutely spectacular. I noticed I had an expired passport, on a Friday night around 7:30pm. I called Ravi, he was SUPER communicative. He waited for me to come to his office and in 20 minutes we sorted it all out. Afterwards he gave me a solid day and time when I would receive said passport and essentially saved my family trip.
