This company needs to be shut down immediately!! The workers called me out my name several times, called everyone in my family a female dogs and a grown man balled his fist up at me as if he wanted to hit me! The need to be put out of business. My car was towed for absolutely no reason given that the complex had my year, make, model and license plate information. This was a traumatizing experience. The workers are menaces to society. Towed my daughter’s car from her apartment building. When she called she was told $175 to retrieve vehicle. When she arrived they told her 275 and it must be cash. When she left to get cash she had 280, they then said exact change and that she could have paid with credit card and that they don’t give change. In addition, tried to not provide proof of payment. She had to demand receipt which took her an additional 15 minutes to get. After examine at bumper was scratched by tow truck

Terrible company that uses predatory practices. The story changes multiple times when they tow cars that shouldn't have been towed.

My girlfriend’s car was towed. We called to let them know we were here to pick it up, and they said they were on their way. Ten minutes later, we called again, and they said once again that they are on their way. Another few minutes later, we finally get to speak with someone, and they tell us a price that is $50 higher than what they assured us over the phone!
