Absolutely the worst customer service experience. How do you not issue refunds for payments in error and say stop pay was initiated through the bank when payments were cleared and into Freedom Mortgage? You people need to get with the program. Called two different times, spoke to two agents about getting refunds. Confirmed funds were taken out of bank accounts in to Freedom Mortgage. Call the next day to confirm refunds, and all I get is we cant issue the refund.
I worked with Bei Zhou. She has been extremely professional and patient, ALWAYS! She is very knowledgeable of what she is doing and is a very good resource for the process of buying a house. She always replied to me at a timely manner, almost right away. When I worked with her, I had no doubt that she did her best to find the best rate for us, for which I have been very grateful --- she actually saved us quite a bit of money. Jack and his team were excellent. Jack was able to quickly answer any questions I had and delivered everything on time as promised. He was available anytime I called with questions and knows his job very well.
