I recently had the pleasure of visiting Relax and Unwind studio for a massage, and it was an incredible experience! The atmosphere in the room was calming and inviting, with soothing music and soft lighting that instantly put me at ease. Damien was very professional and attentive, taking the time to understand my specific needs and areas of discomfort. I left feeling relaxed and renewed. Looking forward to booking again soon.
10 out of 10. I found Damien through a local spa and when i found out he had a personal suite i HAD to book! He is great at what he does, very relaxing and relieves any body aches or stress. I now see him monthly and have noticed a big difference.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Booking was easy through his website. Damian was prompt and professional, very easy to chat with at the beginning. I strained my back last week doing exercise and had a wonderful deep tissue massage that left me feeling much better. Damian asked for feedback if certain techniques were too hard or soft to make sure it was comfortable as well. Would definitely recommend and come back!
