The chauffeur arrived late, was rude throughout the ride, and seemed distracted while driving, making the whole trip stressful instead of luxurious.
The company advertised a fixed price but later added unexpected “cleaning” and “waiting” fees that were never mentioned during booking.
The limo had a bad odor, the seats were stained, and the air conditioning didn’t work properly, which completely ruined the experience.
