They do not work around the clock
Terrible customer service. Called about a delivery and they said they lost internet service and had no way together get our mattress to us today but had us scheduled for another day. They wanted me to call back for a day that would work for us which was what we did in the first place for this delivery which was then mysteriously changed. This is a terrible terrible company to work with. Please hope that your delivery is kot being handled through them.
