The best experience with the team here. Whatever the opposite of rude/passive aggressive is, that's Ben. The whole team are friendly, personal, and genuine and kind. Ben was happy to take on even my small lamp repair job, and went out of his way to find the right parts for it. Threw in a bonus light bulb for me and gave me a great discounted price too. Amazing!
Terrible experience with Ben Hyde. Rude/passive aggressive communication. Expensive.
