A very well equipped weights training studio & a well-presented Onero program. In a little over 12 months my bone density has improved, my complex shoulder injury has been rehabbed and my spinal compression fracture height increased by 1/3. My GP said I should be very, very happy… and I am. It is reassuring & confidence building to be supervised by an experienced physiotherapist. 6 stars to Adam Cole & his friendly & professional team.
What a fantastic experience. I walked in with severe back pain, almost unable to move and after a few sessions of shock wave therapy, walked out feeling amazing and pain free. Thank you so much to Adam. He was kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable and I felt safe in his care. All the staff were friendly and welcoming during every appointment.
I saw Adam due to pain and discomfort in my hip. The treatment I received from Adam lead to the pain going. I received shock wave treatment to the area that was sore. This gave me immediate relief as well as over a period of time no pain. Adam gave me fresh information regarding movement and exercise which opened my mind to getting better results for my fitness and well being.
