Adam's level of care and expertise were excellent. I walked into the practice injured and in pain but after a session of the shock wave therapy I walked out with decreased levels of pain and much more movement. I would definitely recommend it!
I highly recommend Physiotherapist, Adam Cole as well as his staff and facilities. Adam has treated me several times over the past few years for various muscle issues. He is an analytical professional with the ability to diagnose the issue accurately. He uses his various therapy machines if needed. Onero classes have allowed me to build muscle and feel stronger, but i am here for improvements in bone density. Without the program, i wouldn't be confident in knowing how to trigger my body to improve my scores. Adam and Harry are physios who guide us on how to stress our bodies without causing injuries. Having one on one guidance is invaluable and i appreciate their professionalism. The staff at reception are also very professional and prompt to answer enquiries. They are welcoming faces every time i visit.
Firstly drove 40mins and upon arriving the 2 Receptionist were too busy chatting to one client to even acknowledge me so after a few minutes I sat. The assessment (I use the word loosely) involved Paul showing me a couple of exercises I could have googled. Waste of $.
