The Onero programme here, is wonderful. I had never used a gym before, and the assessment and guidance was reassuring and so helpful. The atmosphere in the classes is friendly and supportive, with great equipment. Adam and Harry are very attentive and encouraging, and progress is easy to see with an updated chart at each class. I am always learning something new, and I'm so pleased I started this programme.

I can’t recommend this physio highly enough! Their approach is professional, friendly, and incredibly effective. The new gym space is fantastic—clean, well-equipped, and perfect for guided rehab sessions.
