I have been going to A1 for the management of a workplace shoulder injury since January 2026. All of the staff I have encountered - Adam, Harry, Sharon and Chris - have been professional, friendly and helpful and genuinely care for their patients overall wellbeing. If you have the opportunity to sign up to their gym membership I highly recommend this. What I loved about this place is that it looks at prevention as well as treating the injury. My back pain was treated well, but I also learnt a lot about how to avoid pain build up in the future.
Harry is an amazing physio i very highly recommended him im waiting on a hip replacement an i feel absolutely amazing after my physio session with him he knows exactly what I need every visit id give him a 10 star rating an I recommended him to everyone I know
Adam Cole used shockwave treatment on my swollen Achilles Tendon over a 4 week period. Combined with appropriate exercise, the swelling reduced to the point I became pain free, and was able to walk freely again. I recommend this treatment to anybody who may be struggling with a similar condition. I can't recommend A1 Function Physio Leura highly enough. Adam is a gifted healer.
Friendly, professional, caring. My first physiotherapeutic experience with Adam was a a good one and brought relief from back pain almost immediately.
