A few times they never showed up while I was waiting outside. Saying they showed up and left but I was outside the whole time. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were lying to Medicaid

If you use don't get the female driver. She hangs up on you and sits in the car the whole time never offering to help not even with my walker

Last week, I had a 10AM pick up time. At 10:10 I called and was told "they'll be there within the hour." Well that didn't work for me, as I had another appointment. I do allow 15 minutes of buffer for traffic, etc. But an 11am arrival time for a 10am pickup is unacceptable. Then today I called dispatch at 10:15 and asked what the eta was. He said, "the driver will be there in about 5 minutes." The driver didn't show until 10:36. Totally unacceptable. Remember o report all complaints to MAS.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. They are never on time and was late getting to my appointment, also had to reschedule. DONT RECOMMEND
