A1 is a fitting name for this business. That was how I felt about the experience. The shop owner Mike was quick to help guide me toward actual bike that would suit my needs. By showing an interest in my cause for wanting a bicycle and what I expected to do with it. Excellent approach to customer service. I ended up purchasing the Genesis Trafik 0.5. I needed to have a major repair done to my bike while my husband and I were camping and biking near Brantford. We showed up at A1 unannounced and Mike immediately diagnosed the problem. He fixed my bike that day, purchasing a required part and adjusting the wheel which had contributed to the damage. With his help I was able to bike the next day. Mike is very knowledgeable, experienced and his repair cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend his service. Thanks again Mike!
Mike is one of the coolest, most honest, down-to-earth people I've met in any kind of business. He's kind and professional. The cost of service was lower than any place I had seen and the work was pristine and done quickly. I was completely informed on what to expect. My bike came out better than new. Can't recommend a shop more! Don't settle for anything less than A1.
Amazing customer service! Doug the technician and Mike the shop owner were super helpful and knowledgeable! We will be taking our bikes here for annual tune-ups and repairs. Highly recommend if you are in need of a repair or tune up on your bike!
