Out riding the trails today and back tire got a flat (again). A1 cycle is close to all bike trails in the area & was very easy to get to. Even though we dropped in unannounced, we got the help we needed to make sure there was no issue with the tire or rim. Picked up some great pointers on bike maintenance, got help changing the tire and were on our way in no time. A1 is a fitting name for this business. That was how I felt about the experience. The shop owner Mike was quick to help guide me toward actual bike that would suit my needs. By showing an interest in my cause for wanting a bicycle and what I expected to do with it. Excellent approach to customer service. I ended up purchasing the Genesis Trafik 0.5. I needed to have a major repair done to my bike while my husband and I were camping and biking near Brantford. We showed up at A1 unannounced and Mike immediately diagnosed the problem. He fixed my bike that day, purchasing a required part and adjusting the wheel which had contributed to the damage. With his help I was able to bike the next day. Mike is very knowledgeable, experienced and his repair cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend his service. Thanks again Mike!
