We are repeat customers for A1 Blinds, with half a dozen previous orders for interior roller blinds and exterior canvas sun blinds. This time it was 3 roller blinds. A1 Blinds are a fantastic company to deal with! We originally used them 15 years ago and then had them back this month after recent renovations to update our blinds to match. From Michael the quoter to Andrew the installer and the quality of blinds, we 100% recoomemend them! Their customer servivce is above and beyond!
I have no hesitation in providing a 5 star review for A1 Blinds; and encourage anyone who is considering blinds, sheers, awnings or shutters to seek them out. From my first contact with Debbie, through to the office lady and the installers, my experience has been EXCEPTIONAL. Quote provided on 16/02/2025 and installation completed 26/05/2025. 3 months lead time vs 2 weeks as verbally committed at quotation. Salesman just want to get the sales in, CUSTOMER NOT THE PRIORITY. Blank promise, incorrect measurement, incorrect production, rude manner in demanding payment despite the delays in delivery (salesman), unwilling to compensate customers for the wait and frustration.
