I have no hesitation in providing a 5 star review for A1 Blinds; and encourage anyone who is considering blinds, sheers, awnings or shutters to seek them out. From my first contact with Debbie, through to the office lady and the installers, my experience has been EXCEPTIONAL. I am saying this in total honesty, having experienced (this year) another Blind & Shutter Company who are the complete opposite to A1. Quote provided on 16/02/2025 and installation completed 26/05/2025. 3 months lead time vs 2 weeks as verbally committed at quotation. Salesman just want to get the sales in, CUSTOMER NOT THE PRIORITY. Blank promise, incorrect measurement, incorrect production, rude manner in demanding payment despite the delays in delivery (salesman), unwilling to compensate customers for the wait and frustration. Big thank you to Debbie and A1 Blinds. Debbie came out and helped me and my wife pick out Shutters, blinds and sheer curtains. She gave great advice and helped with colour selection and made the whole thing as easy as possible, they were installed and we could not be happier. It has definitely added value to our home, it all makes it look like a million dollars. Thanks for a smooth and easy process. Also highly recommend Debbie if you are struggling with colour selection.
Amazing service from A1 blinds, Claude was very friendly and professional, he was able to recommend a suitable blind for our outdoor area and provided a great price. A few weeks later Nathan and his team did a fantastic job with the installation. Highly recommend
