They took in my amp/receiver for repair , they have not responded to my calls , they never call me back , it has been almost a year and now they don't know where my unit is . DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS A Song and dance is all you get from them , and you loose your property
Great repair w/90-day warrantee. Poor communication. Might have been better if I spoke Spanish. They've been there a long time. I worried a lot, but in the end I was very happy and price was very reasonable. They saved a 32" Panasonic TV with unique features that Sears, Best Buy couldn't repair. The owner of High Sierra has unfortunately passed and I was never able to contact Lang Electronics even though I left several messages and drove over--it was locked up tight. Thanks A1 Best!
They are the worst place ever don't go there they rip people off. I took my TV for repair this one time a $1000 lg TV I had a family emergency when I came back two weeks later he the guy said he didnt have it anymore he made up some stupid story how he had to recycle it because he needed room and didn't believe him I know he fixed it and sold it freaking liar!!
Terrible! Estimate to fix the TV was significantly higher than the cost of a brand new tv. The tv was brought in with minor damage to the screen and when we brought it home, the damage was far worse!
