What a terrible customer service. I wouldn't put them in the scam/fraud category but someone I wouldn't trust shipping my car.
Called to get quote and because I was doing research and did not have a date in near future the man who answered gave me an attitude and decided if you aren't giving us $ now goodbye...and hung up.....extremely rude and hates his job apparently ...would not recommend
I recently started working for A1 Auto Transport/Superior delivery services. Everyone here has been really nice to me, way better than I've been treated at prior places of employment. It seems I'll be sticking around for a while. God bless everyone who works their heart out here.
Customer service is fabulous. If anything goes wrong, I can guarantee it will be sorted in short time. Overall service is good.
